Two new countries confirmed by QSL today.
1) Niger - Very fast QSL card from 5U8NK Jan. Just 3 weeks after QSO on 28Mhz!
2) OD5PY Marwan from Lebanon - electronic QSL via LoTW also very fast. He is probably only one station from this country willing to confirm QSO via LoTW.
